Wonderful staff! Highly recommended.
The people and doctors there do a great job! They are always friendly and make you feel at home.
All the staff were great except the hateful nurse that attempted 4 times to put my IV in. She was rude and very smart mouthed. I'm glad I didn't get her name. I don't remember exact words) I recommend this facility, but if the older nurse with shoulder length, curly, blonde hair comes for you, request another nurse. She is awful. Ah, Tennessee! The home of soulful music and, as I discovered, exemplary medical facilities like the Surgery Center of Tennessee in Columbia. My journey there was a blend of warmth from the southern hospitality and awe at the high standard of medical care provided. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the sight of ample free parking and a well-appointed porte cochère, ensuring that every patient's visit starts off with ease and comfort, whether they're stepping out of a car or being dropped off. The center was a beehive of activity, bustling yet surprisingly orderly. Patients were being attentively cared for by a staff that not only radiated warmth but also deep knowledge and efficiency. This gave the whole environment a vibe of professional care blended with personal touch—a combination any patient would appreciate in a medical facility. During the tour, led by none other than the center director, I was particularly impressed by the layout of the facility. The high-tech procedure areas were state-of-the-art, designed to support a wide range of medical needs with cutting-edge technology. But what stood out the most was the strategic proximity of the nurses' station to the post-op area. This thoughtful placement ensures that patients receive prompt and attentive care during their recovery, crucial for comfort and reassurance after surgery. The dedication to patient care and comfort at the Surgery Center of Tennessee is palpable, and it’s evident that the center is designed with the patient's best interests in mind.
