How do I schedule or cancel an appointment?

Thank you for choosing the Surgery Center of Middle Tennessee. You should call your physician’s office to schedule your procedure, cancel your procedure, follow up on results and for any urgent after hours concerns. Our fax number is (931) 388-1859. We are open Monday through Thursday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 6 a.m. to 12 p.m.

What should I do after my procedure is scheduled?

You will need to come to the center to fill out paperwork and meet with the Pre-Op nurse to see if you need any preoperative labs or necessary tests, such as an EKG. This needs to be done at least two days prior to your procedure, preferably the day they schedule with the physician’s office.
